UK DELIVERY
We deliver using Royal Mail’s first class registered post service. Your order must be signed for on receipt. Registered post gives you extra piece of mind and allows us to effectively track your order.
You should allow between 3 and 5 days for delivery. The delivery cost will be £2.99 per order.
Some items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times – around 7-10 days. This is usually because they are not available at our warehouse, but they are in stock at our suppliers’ warehouse. If you place an order for one of these items, we will notify you by e mail and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE UK
For all orders outside the UK please contact customer services to obtain delivery fees and costs. Charges will be based on the weight of your order and destination.
For orders sent to addresses outside the EU locally levied import duties might be payable. We have no control over these - the duties must be paid by the customer.

SPLIT ORDERS
On occasion, particularly where different items are ordered such as perfumes, chocolates and lingerie it might be necessary for us to send you your order using more than one delivery. You will be notified of this and you will only be charged once for the delivery. If you’ve made use of our gift-wrap service and we need to send your items using more than one delivery you will of course receive all your items gift-wrapped and you’ll only be charged once for the delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that all sales once made are final. If you do however decide for previously unforeseen reasons to cancel orders before they are shipped we will of course refund your payment. In such an instance please contact us by e mail or by telephone so that your request can be dealt with promptly before your order is shipped

RETURNS
Any non- food items which are not satisfactory can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange provided they:
• Are returned in their original condition unused, unworn or unwashed with tags and labels attached.
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging.
• Reach us within 14 days

If you wish to return goods to us please contact us by e mail or by telephone. We will provide you with a bespoke returns code which you must quote with the goods being returned. This will enable us to refer your request to the appropriate department so this is dealt with very quickly. Please do not return goods without following the guidelines above.
Chocolates are excluded from our returns policy, however if you are not satisfied with chocolates purchased please contact us so we can resolve the problem satisfactorily.

REFUNDS
Provided your request for a refund meets the criteria set out above for returns we will refund on the card that was used to make the original order.

EXCHANGE ITEMS
You will need to contact us by phone or e mail and let us know which item you would like to replace the returned item. On receiving your return item we will despatch the replacement with no additional delivery cost. If you replacement item costs more than the original we will charge the excess amount to the card you used to order the original item. If your replacement costs less than the original item we will refund your card with the difference.

USING GIFT VOUCHERS
Our gift certificates are of the paper variety. If you wish to use vouchers as part of your order simply include the voucher code when invited to do so during the ordering process and the voucher amount will be deducted from the total price. You can use more than one voucher for any order.

WAYS TO PAY
We accept most major cards including Paypal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron. We do not accept cheques or any other forms of payment. Normally you should simply follow the steps in the online ordering process to place your order but if you’d prefer we will accept orders by telephone.
